If you are interested in becoming a patient in our practice we invite you to come by for a tour of the office. We have a laid back island theme with separate sick and a well waiting areas. Comprehensive Childcare Associates charts are all electronic which makes your child's health record always available to the physician. The digitalized scale and vital sign machines minimize the time and stress involved in obtaining important clinical information. We also have available for handicapped patients a wheel chair accessible scale and exam table. Our practice belongs to the Florida Shots Program. This program makes it easy for a physician any where in Florida to access your child's vaccine records. Another program that CCA participates in for qualified families is Vaccines for Children. This program provides vaccines for a minimal fee per vaccine.
We are proud to be a medical home for Children's Medical Services, (C.M.S.) and West Coast Access to Children's Health, (W.A.T.C.H.). We have a registered nurse who is a Certified Care Manager on site every day during regular office hours. This Nurses job is to help link children with special needs and their families to appropriate services and resources. |
